CREATOR BIO
Taylor Bernard
For 22 years, Taylor refused to be defined by her cerebral palsy, choosing instead to live boldly and independently. With an indomitable spirit and radiant smile, she excelled as an award-winning horseback rider and athlete, and her artwork was featured in the International VSA Festival calendar and exhibited at Union Station in Washington, DC. She earned a social work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and was hoping to support others with disabilities.
10% of every purchase in this collection supports Virginia Home in Richmond, VA, funding a recreation lounge and adaptive gaming space named in her honor, 'Tay’s Place,' at their new facility. The Virginia Home provides independent, dignified living for individuals with physical disabilities.
We're honored to share Taylor's artwork and legacy through fashion.

Taylor's artistic style is expressive and fluid, using soft washes, layered transparency, and organic edges to create luminous, dreamlike compositions. Bold, simplified shapes and vibrant color contrasts evoke a sense of joy, nostalgia, and optimism, blending realism with spontaneity.
