Orders & Payments

Sale + Warehouse Sale Purchases

All 'Sale' and 'Warehouse Sale' purchases are final sale. These purchases are not valid for returns, refunds, or store credit. No price adjustments on prior purchases.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping).

Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact help@shopalivia.com if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. Free shipping for orders over $50 applies to domestic ground shipping only. Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States.

Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email as soon as possible to help@shopalivia.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

Lost & Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your packages was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at help@shopalivia.com. Note: we do note take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Incorrect & Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@shopalivia.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference. For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: ShopAlivia.com does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

Ordering & Payments

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

ShopAlivia.com does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of store credit and ShopAlivia.com gift cards.

Promotions & Adjustments

Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates, which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section on the “Shopping Bag” page and click “Apply.” Note: some promotional codes may not apply to sale items. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.


If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. ShopAlivia.com will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Connecticut and New York State. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order, as well as item price/classification.


For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

Alivia's Return & Exchange Policy

Returns accepted on U.S. orders only. Items purchased from shopalivia.com which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a refund minus a $10 shipping fee to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit will be refunded as e-gift card for store credit. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable. (Note: International customers are responsible for return postage.)


Please note: All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.


We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you choose to exchange your item we will provide you a prepaid shipping label to ship your item back to us. Once we have received and approved the return, we will send you a link to make payment for shipping the new item.


We are unable to process exchanges right now for international customers. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact help@shopalivia.com and state your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once your request is received, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you with further instructions, including the shipping label and necessary documentation to process the return.

Refund Qualifications

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging with all original seal tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, dust covers, and garment bags. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet this criteria. ALIVIA will not accept returns on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Return Approvals

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and ALIVIA reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. ALIVIA cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at shopalivia.com.

Shipping

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for orders over $50, within the contiguous United States. All free shipping ships domestic ground. If you opt for express shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50 as well as upgrades to Two-Day and Overnight options for an additional fee. Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00pm EST.

Shipping Items to Different Addresses

Each order can be shipped to only a single address.

International Shipping

International orders made outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees. The shipment recipient is responsible for all import fees. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note that Alivia does not have control over custom charges. These charges carry from country to country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.

Items Shipped Together

To ensure that your order gets on its way to you as quickly as possible, some orders may be sent in multiple shipments. In those cases, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking as each shipment is sent.

Gift Cards

Purchasing Gift Cards

Click Here to purchase an e-gift card. Gift cards can be purchased in $50, $100, $250, and $500 denominations. Promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of an Alivia gift card.


Please email us at help@shopalivia.com if you'd like a specific amount for your gift card that isn't listed and we can send you an invoice.

Sending Electronic Gift Cards

Once you've purchased your gift card you will receive an e-gift card via email used at check out.


If you'd like us to email the gift card directly to your recipient please email us with their email address and gift message you'd like to include. Please also provide us with the specific day you'd like the email to be sent.


If you would like to purchase a physical gift card for an extra fee, please email us at help@shopalivia.com.

Redeeming Gift Cards

To redeem your gift card, apply it in the ‘discount code’ section at checkout.

Checking Gift Card Balances

Please email us at help@shopalivia.com with your unique gift card number and a customer service representative will provide you with the updated card amount.

Gift Card Expirations

Purchased gift cards do not expire, nor do they accrue any service fees.

Gift Card Returns & Cancellations

Gift cards cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Gift Card Item Returns

Qualifying purchases made with gift cards can be returned and will be refunded as credit in the form of an e-gift card. Please see our return policy for more information.

Gift Receipts & Wrapping

We're excited to offer personalized gift wrapping! You can select the option to have your purchase gift wrapped in our signature printed gift wrapping paper at check out for an additional $10.


We do not currently offer gift receipts. If you're sending your order as a gift and would like a special note included please email us at hello@shopalivia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I apply to be a featured artist?

We’d love to learn more about you and your artwork. Please email us at hello@shopalivia.com with examples of your work and a bit about your story. Each Alivia collection is developed thoughtfully and in close collaboration with a small number of artists each year. While our team is small and we may not be able to respond to every submission, we carefully review each one and will be in touch if there is a future opportunity to collaborate.

We’d love to learn more about your organization and the meaningful work you’re doing. As a small team, we approach each partnership thoughtfully and are only able to collaborate with a limited number of organizations each year. Thank you for thinking of Alivia for your fundraiser or event. Giving back to our community is deeply important to us, and we thoughtfully review each donation and sponsorship request we receive. As a small brand, we allocate a limited annual budget toward charitable partnerships and community support. To be considered, requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event or fundraiser. We’re always excited to connect with creators who align with Alivia’s mission, aesthetic, and community. Alivia's Give Back Model

About Our Give Back Model

Alivia donates 10% of every purchase made through shopalivia.com directly to the local charity partner associated with each product and creator. Donations from sales proceeds to charitable partners are made every 180 days.

Why 10% of every purchase?

Alivia donates 10% of every purchase directly to the local nonprofit partner associated with the product and creator. Unlike most social impact brands that donate a percentage of their profits (after all operational costs, which vary from year-to-year and could be $0), we donate 10% straight from the top before we take a dime in operational costs. Not only does this maximize the amount of funds donated, but allows full transparency to the impact our customers' make with their purchase, down to the very dollar!

Are the creators compensated for their artwork?

Yes! Every creator receives an upfront payment for the use of their artwork in their collection. This models how independent contracted print and textile designers work and operate within the fashion industry. Then, 10% of every sale is donated directly to the local nonprofit where the creator participates in art therapy—providing the creator with continued creative support.
