GracePlace Art was co-founded by Grace Reber, a young artist with Down syndrome. 21 Pineapples is a Hawaiian shirt company founded by Nate Simon, a fashion icon who also has Down syndrome. Together, we've created a limited edition collection pairing Grace's watercolor florals with Nate's artistic vision and positive messaging.

With every purchase, 10% is donated to Dear Mom to fund their National Conference for moms raising individuals with Down syndrome and special needs.
